He joined the Institute in October 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He obtained a Master of Laws (magna cum laude) from Ghent University in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His research focuses on the legal implications of payment fraud and investment fraud for consumers.
