Harmonisatie door Deregulering van het Europees Vennootschappenrecht"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The SLIM (&#8220;Simpler Legislation for the Internal Market&#8221;) exercise was launched by the Commission in everal areas of legislation, in which simplification could lead to further harmonisation.
