The Financial Law Institute (FLI) is a research and teaching unit within the Faculty of Law and Criminology of Ghent University. The research of the members of the FLI focusses on various topics in financial, corporate and economic law.
The FLI Working Paper Series, which was launched in 1999, seeks to promote the dissemination of the research output that is generated by the members of the FLI. The usage and further distribution of the working papers included in the FLI Working Paper Series is allowed for scientific purposes only. Working papers are published in their original language (Dutch, French, English, or German) and finalized versions of the working papers are generally published elsewhere after feedback has been incorporated.
