Filip Bogaert

      Biography


      Filip Bogaert is a partner at EY and leads the Compliance, Regulatory and Legal department of the EMEIA Financial Services Organization. He provides legal and regulatory advice and services to clients active in banking & capital markets, insurance or asset management sector.

      Filip holds a PhD in law. In June 2012 he defended his thesison the transfer of credit risk.

      Before joining EY Filip was an attorney-at-law for more than ten years as well as a visiting professor at the Financial Law Institute of the Ghent University.
