Liselotte Van Coillie

Biography

Liselotte Van Coillie works as a researcher at the Financial Law Institute and is preparing a PhD dissertation on the legal framework for corporate finance.

Liselotte holds a master degree in law from the University of Antwerp and an additional degree in management from ICHEC Brussels management school.

Before starting as a researcher at Ghent University, she worked as a lawyer in an international and a Belgian law firm, active in the fields of restructuring and corporate law.
