Bram Joye

Biography

Bram obtained his law degree from the Ghent university in 2010 (magna cum laude) and his degree of science in general economics from the Ghent university in 2011 (magna cum  laude).

Bram joined the Corporate and M&A team of Deloitte Legal – Lawyers (formerly Laga) in 2011 and is a member of the Ghent Bar. He is specialized in corporate law and advises both individual persons as well as companies on incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, demergers and reorganizations.

Bram joined the Financial Law Institute in January 2019.
