Silke Volckaert

Biography

Silke graduated with a Master of Laws from the University in Leuven in 2015. She then obtained a dual LLM degree in International Business Law from the Université Catholique de Lyon and the National University of Ireland Maynooth, in 2016.

Silke currently works as a manager in the legal & regulatory team of Ernst & Young where she assists clients with the implementation of financial laws and regulations. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Silke worked as a junior associate in the banking and finance department of the Benelux law firm NautaDutilh. She joined the Financial Law Institute in 2019.
